• Brokers determine what Listing information is public. The portion they mark as "public" is visible to all users on the Platform.
• Private Listing Data that a broker chooses not to publish remains private and is not shared outside Theus, except as described below or with the broker's permission.

• We may share your information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics). These providers are required to safeguard your data and use it only for the services they provide us.
